Association of Young Chemists of the ČSCH – The Czech Young Chemists Network (CzYCN) – was established at the meeting of the ČSCH Board on January 22, 2018. The section was established as a cross-sectional one, membership in it is parallel to membership in a professional group and is limited to a maximum age of 35 years.

The main activities of the Youth Section are:

organizing its own professional and social events and competitions, including activities during the Congresses of Chemical Societies
representation of ČSCH in EYCN – European Young Chemists Network EuCheMS
responsibility for student exchange agreements at the congresses of chemical societies in the Viszegrad Group countries.

The tools available to the youth section are mainly:

Facebook and the ČSCH website for information dissemination and communication
own budget chapter in the ČSCH budget.
